This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Arrow Bloom: Picture Puzzle (package com.nebulitegames.arrowbloom, "the Game") developed by Nebulite Games ("we", "us") collects, how it is used and the choices you have.

Short version: we do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or location. The Game shows ads and uses anonymous play statistics. Our partners may use your device's advertising ID. You can choose non-personalised ads at any time in Settings › Privacy.

1. Information the Game stores on your device

Your progress (current level, stars, coins, hints, settings, daily reward and lucky spin dates) is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.

These partners process data under their own privacy policies: Unity, ironSource / LevelPlay, Google.

3. Your choices (consent)

On first launch the Game asks whether you agree to personalised ads and anonymous statistics.
If you choose Non-personalised ads only, ads are not personalised and statistics are not collected.
You can change your choice anytime in Settings › Privacy.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads).

4. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and India's DPDP Act)

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data for advertising. Because we do not keep personal data ourselves, most requests are handled by changing your choice in the Game or by contacting the partners above. You can always write to us and we will help.

5. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.

6. Data security and retention

Data sent to our partners is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Partners keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, according to their own policies.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change and important changes will be shown in the Game.
